Whole Cranberry Sauce


Ingredients:
3 1/2 c cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 c sugar
1 c apple cider

Directions:
Bring the apple cider and sugar to a boil.

Add cranberries for a few minutes, gently stirring occasionally until the berries pop. 

Turn off heat and wait for most of the foam to subside.

Makes 2 half-pint jars.
